I think you are in the clear. This is a far more regular occurrence than one would think or admit, and the woman you offended should get over it IF she cares about you. In fact, you should let her scream out the names of any of her ex-boyfriends during the act, or better yet, the name of one of your best friends or your brother's name for a period of time, maybe a week... If you go down this path, I would suggest that you attain the names of her relatives though (uncles, dad's name, etc.)- you don't want her screaming out any of their names... If this is the case, dump her immediately and find yourself another gal whose name doesn't start with a C or a K. Even better yet, find a girl who likes dirty talk so you don't have to call her anything other than 'dirty whore,' 'slut,' etc. It will make life a lot easier...
