You can just suck it up and go your own way or you can invite the neighbors over and you can all toast marshmallows over the burning remains of the stuff he left at your house. Personally, I save the smores option for deadbeat roommates whose stuff won't sell. There's the Aaron-Spelling-Drama method of keeping him. Go out to his favorite clubs and cry and make a big scene about the STD he gave you. Make sure nobody else will sleep with him and you can keep him all to yourself. note: this tactic will never work and you'll just end up single and everyone thinking YOU have an STD.
